Inconsistent Headers
One of the primary navigations on the home page is the 'Owners' link. When you follow this particular link you do not land on a page entitled 'Owners', you actually land on a page which is headed 'Privileges'. Inconsistent headings can confuse the user and in this case, make them unsure whether they have arrived at their intended online destination.
