1. Uncertain Links in Top Banner
In the top banner area of the Home page, photos of characters from various films appear, along with the film titles. Visitors will likely assume that either the photos or their captions (or both) are links. In fact, none of these items are links.
Never confuse or frustrate your visitors. If an item is a link, make it look like one. And if it's not a link, don't make it look like one.
One or two uncertain links may not present a serious usability problem. But as shown later in this document, this Sony Blu-ray page contains many.
