Inconsistent navigation naming

Both “Quick Links” and “Solutions” are used to introduce the same content. Further,  different wording is used to represent the same services: there’s “IM Security” in the main top navigation drop down menu and “Instant Messaging (IM) Security” under the Quick Links section; there’s “P2P Control” and “Control P2P”. “Microsoft LCS Standardization” is shown in the top drop down menu, but is missing under Quick Links. The remainder of the site is fairly consistent in link naming.
